The registration fee covers:

  • a conference package including the programme and the book of abstracts
  • three lunches, one dinner (on Thursday), refreshments during the conference

The registration fee does not cover the conference dinner, which needs to be paid separately: 180 PLN (ca. 40€)


Please pay the total amount specified in your registration form by bank transfer in PLN to the  account listed below. Tranferes should be made within two weeks of online registration. Bank transfer charges and currency conversion fees have to be covered by you. Please ensure that you provide the conference acronym LCR2019 and your  full name in the title of the payment. Failure to provide the above information may lead to an irrecoverable loss of your payment! We regret we cannot accept credit card payments.

Cancellation policy

There will be no penalty for cancellations received before 26 August 2019. The full amount paid minus a 100 PLN processing fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 26 August 2019. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to


The LCR2019 Organising Committee are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of bursaries  to attend the conference. These are open to academics coming up from the 84 countries classified as low income or lower-middle income as specified by the World Bank. The conference fee will be waived for successful bursary applicants, but they will have to cover their travel and accommodation expenses. The applicants first have to submit an abstract which will be reviewed in the standard review procedure. The bursaries will be granted only to those applicants whose proposals have been accepted for presentation at the conference.
